What data we process and why

This site has no forms and uses no analytics tools or third-party cookies. We only process the data you send us when you write to info@aiako.tech (name, email address, company and whatever you tell us) in order to reply and, if you ask, prepare a demo or a proposal. We do not profile you or make automated decisions.

Source of the data

The data comes from the person who contacts us.

Accuracy of the data

Anyone who contacts us confirms that their data is accurate and agrees to let us know of any changes.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and, if we go on to discuss working together, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Retention

For as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts and, afterwards, only for as long as needed to deal with any legal liabilities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our hosting and email provider, Tesys Internet S.L.U. (Piensa Solutions), NIF B-26309096, Circunde 16, Polígono Industrial La Portalada, 26006 Logroño (La Rioja), Spain · +34 941 29 31 21 · www.piensasolutions.com, processes it on our behalf as a data processor. We do not transfer data internationally.

Technical data and cookies

When you visit the site, the server logs technical data (IP address, date and page requested) for security purposes; this is managed by the hosting provider. What the site stores in your browser is explained in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before. Write to info@aiako.tech stating the right you wish to exercise; we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.
